Problem first, solution second
No matter what one thinks, what the situation is or how process-oriented one is, nothing matters until they're working towards solving the real problem the end user is facing.
Bias for action
When we see a problem, our first instinct should be to figure out how to solve the problem rather than complaining or criticizing. We will always value and reward people who believe in our actions. We think big but act in small steps towards our goals. Sometimes even a bad decision is better than no decision!
Be Straightforward
Say it like it is—plain and simple. If we have feedback to give someone, we walk up to them and give it. If we think it's getting difficult to work with someone, we go up to them and talk to them. If we messed up, we just own it. We aren’t afraid of asking questions or challenging the way things are done.
Never be satisfied
We will never get too comfortable in our skin. We will keep breaking myths and assumptions about users, product, business and industry. All of us will strive to grow exponentially, every single day. We will never take success for granted. We will keep questioning the quality of output and strive to do better every day.
