Finding work-life harmony is essential, and taking time off could help you recharge and come back more refreshed. In an attempt to do so, we’ve put together a new leave policy that supports our growing global team.

Starting from 1st Oct 2023, our new uncapped time off policy would apply to all full-time employees, full-time consultants, and full-time employees on record.

This new leave policy supersedes your employment agreement, but the laws of the country you reside in take precedence over Atlan’s policy. For example: If there are any national holidays mandated by local laws that have not been mentioned on Hibob, you are not expected to work on those days. Kindly contact People Ops to update the holiday list for your location.
