For us to help these data teams do the best work of their lives, each one of us needs to do the best work of our lives. This handbook will guide you to achieve that. We do not expect you to treat this handbook as a rule book, because it isn’t supposed to be one. Instead, we hope you will treat it as a guide to navigating through our operating principles and culture; and beliefs and duties towards each other, our customers, partners, investors and the larger community.
