At Atlan, we’re on an exciting mission to help data teams around the world do their lives’ best work, and we’re always looking for passionate individuals to join our team. However, we are very particular about our team members. We’re proud of our team culture, so we invest a lot of time and effort to ensure we hire the right people.

Finding the right people amid a sea of applications is difficult. We believe that it’s just as important for you to learn about Atlan, our work, and our culture as it is for our team to learn about your interests and experiences.

This process generally takes 3-6 weeks. (If there’s any reason you’d like us to accelerate the process — for example, you have an offer with another company — let us know and our team will try their best to help you. We also process applications on priority for applications that come via referrals.)

Introductory Chat ☕️

30 minute call with our Product Design recruiter

This call will be about a “getting to know you” chat for both parties. You’ll learn more about Atlan, the overall team, leadership, and processes. We will learn more about your past experiences and what you’re looking for in your next role. We will also discuss your work and portfolio on this call.
